Crunch Fans “Have A Nice Day” With
Cleveland, Ohio- Crunch fans were treated to a double dose of
excitement Friday, February 9th as the Cleveland Crunch secured
a come-from-behind win in the final minutes to defeat the first
place Baltimore Blast 17-13. National Tire & Battery provided
pre-game and halftime festivities with special guest WWF Superstar
. Foley hosted an autograph session prior to the game
as well as taking to the field for team introductions and halftime
festivities. |

STUDENTS “KICK IN AND WIN” AT FIRST ANNUAL SCHOOL DAY
The Cleveland Crunch along with the Cleveland Municipal School
District hosted the first annual School Day game Tuesday, February
6th at 10:35 a.m. against the . Over 7,000 middle
school students witnessed the Crunch defeat the Blizzard 12-6.
The tickets for the game were underwritten by corporate partners
supporting the first annual event hosted by the Cleveland Municipal
School District and the Cleveland Crunch.
The game launched the “Kick in and Win” program that encourages
students to read books from a school district approved list
and then submit book reports to earn rewards. The more reading
and reports a student completes, the higher number of points
and thus rewards that are available to them. |
